For the past 12 years, my two favorite yoga teachers have led yoga retreats in Mexico. This year was my year to attend again. In the middle of the week, we are often encouraged to take a break from speaking and interacting with others over a 24 hour period. I enjoyed the introspection and decided I would photograph what caught my eye on my walks to and fro during my silence.
